KVI Solutions got its start in early 2010, when founder Micah Kramer launched a company dedicated to connecting organizations and individuals to practical, yet empowering solutions in leadership development, while leveraging his years of expertise in sports, sponsorship and brand marketing.

KVI Solutions has partnered with Mentor Management, Inc. (MMi), a Houston based, behavioral science based training & development organization. Our seminars are founded upon Interpersonal Technology™ (IT), the Art and Science of Personal and Professional Effectiveness.  IT was developed by James A. Gwaltney PhD, in the 1980s, and, for the past 3 decades, IT has been taught around the globe by T. J. Griffith.
